Very exciting possibility:

Hopefully it will be rotary powered.  Even if it is, there's no guarantee it will be built.  The RX-8 concept car was case study to gauge interest.  Still, I can't wait to see what the Tokyo auto show brings.

there have been a lot of teaser articles floating around past couple of days on this.  I really really hope that they do continue with the RX series of cars.  I thoroughly enjoy the ones i have.
"Long Live Rotary"

An RX-7 is like having a slut as a gf! She will love you, but she will also screw around with the guy at the parts store, most of the local cops, your insurance agent, your apex seals, your bank account and your credit card!!!

You now have my attention! Even if it isn't RX or rotary related, I think it's a good thing, and a sign of Mazda growing, which means more money for Mazda = More development on the Rotaries... hopefully.

I am actually looking for a new modern car right now...

If anything is a give away with this teaser, it's the tailights, very similar to the RX8/late model FD even. Also, the overall shape is Rx7-esque. Maybe it's a good thing I didn't buy that FD... Now I'm excited, thanks!
