2018 Sierra SLT 1500
ITSWILL:
Not technically a project but kind of since it doesn't exist yet. For my Birthday yesterday I pulled the trigger checked the boxes and ordered a new GMC Sierra SLT with a 6.2L 420 HP engine. I also got the max trailer package with a 3.42 rear gear and low first gear 8 speed auto trans. From what I have read this thing will run a 14.0 or better in the 1/4 mile. Not bad for a big ass truck!

Nice! Yeah, that's decent for a big guy like that. When does it arrive?

Not quite sure how long its going to take maybe 8 weeks? Once I get the order number I will see if I can track it internally.

Ha, its gonna be faster than most of our "sports" cars! Its certainly one of the vehicles that GM does well anyway.

She is finally here. I picked it up yesterday and I must say it is really sweet. It has enough power to spin the tires rolling at 20 mph lol!
