Well this is not good.

I just managed to break the last .5" off of the stud so now the subframe doesn't bolt the car entirely.
Is anyone scrapping a car soon or have a serious parts car laying around? I can come with a sawsall and an angle grinder to possibly remove this thing.

What if you pulled the original bolt and then bought an after market bolt of appropriate length and thread pitch to replace it with instead of a donor car bolt?

I would but its splined, tapered and then threaded. I need to engage the subframe bushing in addition to bolting it to the cab.
I may have to the car open, grind the welds on the top and remove it that way. or Get a new machine machined to specifications.
