Outdoor car cover recommendation

I am interested in getting an outdoor car cover for the Bella the convertible.  Anyone have any good recommendations?  Obviously it needs to be waterproof and withstand the 7 winters that we get.  Let me know what you recommend.  Cost is a factor too.
